It's always great when we get video from our biologists of animals using our various wildlife crossings. Here's a clip featuring mostly big cats. The first shows an ornate bobcat who we've seen wander through this same area several times. We also regularly see coyotes, a family of black bear and a cougar go through here. Work underneath the SR 520 bridge this fall will mean some restrictions on the bike/pedestrian path. The path will remain open and accessible but there may be areas where it is narrower and cyclists may need to dismount for a short portion of the trail. This work is expected to last into November.
