Jun 8, 2022 · Speaking of the refund process, it's pretty simple and reliable. I bought and refunded a few games that I disliked or regretted purchasing and never had any issues with that. I never experienced any of the horror stories that people keep going on about so overall, I don't regret buying from the Epic store at all.

Nov 26, 2023 · How do i buy eactly 13 dollar/euro in my epic wallet i wanted to subscribe to a pack in epic games but i can only add amounts like 5,10,15 bucks. I don't think you can. you can't directly add $13 to your epic wallet, but you can purchase a $15 card and use the remaining balance on another purchase. it's not ideal, but it's a workaround for now.
what's the point of this if Epic won't do digital gift cards?
Now, with that said, based on a "mutual agreement", Store & Customer can agree on "Store Credit Refunds" if the store offers it. This is similar to Epic Wallet or Steam Wallet. Which is considered a "store credit" system. Store do give customer refund options. Choose "store credit" (Wallets) or original payment methods (cash or debit/credit).

May 28, 2023 · yes same thought. Probably whenever they add gifting, they'll add an option to gift wallet funds to others. They could do it in the future. They'd just have to eat the fact that they'll get their 12% cut. They do the gift card things for Fortnite I'm pretty sure in some ways so they're not completely against doing it.
