Does the M1 iMac have built-in HDR 10-bit display/panel?
Jun 14, 2021 · I read on the forums that the older iMacs' display are not true 10-bit, but 8-bit + FRC. Also, I can't find any other specs about the M1 iMac's display such as contrast ratio, peak brightness. The Apple Pro Display XDR is said to have up to 1600 nits of brightness and 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio.

There is a 2021 24" iMac, which you cannot upgrade memory or SSD (they are soldered to the logic board). There is a 2020 27" iMac, which you can upgrade the memory easily, but not the SSD (soldered to the logic board). Check this page:

I will type in a sentence, like this sentence, and the letters don't show up right away on the screen. I don't have much open and lots of free memory. CPU usage is low also. It is very annoying.
