Black Sabbath and Ozzy Osbourne's final concert raised almost $200 million for charity, according to Rage Against The Machine star Tom Morello, who was the show's musical director.

Ozzy Osbourne performed his final concert with Black Sabbath on July 5, 2025, at Villa Park in Birmingham, England, while sitting on a bat-themed throne. The 76-year-old rocker was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2019.

The full lineup, which kicked off at 1 p.m. BST, featured an all-star cast of performers. Alongside Black Sabbath, the day also saw performances from Metallica, Slayer, Guns N' Roses, Tool, Pantera, Anthrax and more.
