As executive producer on The Real Housewives franchise, Andy Cohen has great insight on the shows. At Bravo Fan Fest Miami, Cohen gave Deadline a deeper understanding as to why The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City continues to work so well in its fifth season.

Andy Cohen said there is no plan to bring Teddi Mellencamp back to “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”— or to “Orange County.”During a panel at Bravo’s Fan Fest on November 23, the Bravo host and producer was stunned by the audience’s reaction when the subject of Mellencamp came up.

The Watch What Happens Live host also stands by the Real Housewives of New York City reboot, which premiered in 2023. Not all long-time fans have embraced the new cast, which includes Jenna Lyons, Brynn Whitfield, and Jessel Tank as replacements for long-time stars such as Luann de Lesseps, Ramona Singer, and Sonja Morgan.
