In 2023, the Turkey Trot hosted 1,841 runners, while this year there were more than 2,400 participants, according to Sea Rim Striders President Brandi Hensley.

Over 20,000 people are set to take part in the Silicon Valley Turkey Trot in San Jose. The event featured a 5K run/walk, a 10K run, a Kids Fun Run and a costume contest.

The San Francisco Turkey Trot, which is also sold out, should be dry with temperatures in the low 50s. It will be quite a bit cooler in Seattle.
