Police confirm identity in Thursday Rochester homicide
Investigators have confirmed the identity of the man shot and killed in Southeast Thursday evening. Dahir Dahir, 28, was pronounced dead at the scene of a shooting Thursday, Nov. 21, according to information from the Southern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner's Office confirmed by the Police Department.
