A melee ensued at the end of Saturday's Michigan and Ohio State matchup shortly after members of U-M planted their flag at midfield.

Predictably, chaos ensued and a fight broke out. Amid the chaos, players from both teams were hit with pepper spray by police. Clips emerged on social media of Michigan players squinting and trying to clear their eyes.
