STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A 16-year-old boy was arrested on the North Shore of Staten Island Wednesday morning after he was seen pointing a gun at another individual, police said. The boy was apprehended in the vicinity of Jersey Street and Hendricks Avenue in New Brighton at around 11:40 a.m., according to a spokeswoman for the NYPD.
