Police are investigating the possible connection between a shooting in North Philly that injured three people and a hit-and-run where an off-duty officer was struck Sunday morning.

Four young men were injured by gunfire early Monday morning in Philadelphia. Three of the shooting victims were taken by police to Penn Presbyterian Hospital and another was taken to Lankenau.
