One of the most expensive cities in the U.S. for freight deliveries just got even more costly.

Drivers say there's no way to get from Manhattan to Queens without paying the $9 fee, even though they have no intention of going into the designated congestion pricing zone.

Now that congestion pricing is in effect, drivers are discovering a quirk of the Queensboro Bridge that tolls them even if they don’t want to enter the zone south of 60th Street – and they’re furious.
