The public can expect temporary closures at the Imperial Beach Pier as it undergoes maintenance work throughout the last two weeks of the month.
A person of interest is in custody in the shooting deaths of two people earlier this week at Navy Pier, Chicago police said Thursday.
The Port of San Diego said work on the Imperial Beach Pier would begin Nov. 18 and that they hope to complete repairs by Nov.
