A grant from the State of Illinois is helping East Moline attract more industrial development to the city. An email from the Quad Cities Chamber says East Moline has been awarded a $128,000 grant through the Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity’s (DCEO) Regional Site Readiness planning program.
