Ye, the rapper formerly known as Kanye West, is being accused of sexual assault in a lawsuit that alleges he strangled a model on a music video set in 2010 and shoved his fingers in her mouth in what the suit refers to as “pornographic gagging.

Model Jenifer "Jenn" An has accused Kanye West, now known as Ye, in lawsuit that he assaulted her while filming a music video in New York City in 2010.

According to the lawsuit, West arrived on set with his then-girlfriend Selita Ebanks and took control of the shoot. An claimed that West singled her out as the only Asian, and then moved her to a couch in the back of the suite. An alleged West began to choke her and then smothered her face with his hands, causing her makeup to smear.
