Manchester City striker Erling Haaland put his name in the Champions League record books in a big way with Tuesday's goal.

Erling Haaland broke a UEFA Champions League record held by Ruud van Nistelrooy during Manchester City 's game with Feyenoord on November 26. The Norway superstar converted a penalty in the first half to give Pep Guardiola's side the lead at the Etihad Stadium.

Erling Haaland has not had the best of times lately, but continues to set astonishing records in the Champions League. The Norwegian has been part of the Manchester City side who have lost five games on the bounce, but on Tuesday helped his side hit the front against Feyenoord from the penalty spot.
