Dismissed Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo was cited in contempt by the House Quad Committee for her refusal to answer questions from legislators.

"Chinese ka, hindi ka kumakain ng hopia?" the congressman quipped. "Bakit ako Filipino, kumakain ako ng hopia?"

Alice Guo attends the hearing of the "Quadcom," or the four House of Representatives committees, including the panels on dangerous drugs, public order and safety, human rights, and public account for the first time.
