Movie star Adam Sandler has been spotted in New Jersey filming the Netflix sequel to “Happy Gilmore.” Over the weekend, Hackensack police posted about providing security for Sandler as he shot the movie.

Adam Sandler continues his New Jersey tour in Bergen County, this time saying hello to the Hackensack Police Department.

"Happy Gilmore 2" brought some Hollywood excitement to Hackensack on Wednesday, Nov. 20. Sources confirmed that the filming took place near Atlantic and State Streets (have photos? email [email protected] ). Residents also reported seeing film crews at HacPac and Riverview Liquors in Bogota.
