Restrictions for Jan. 31 to Feb. 3 will occur along eastbound I-10, SR 143 and Loops 101 and 202, according to ADOT.
Drivers coming from central Phoenix and the West Valley will need to take the Loop 202 and Loop 101 as a detour.
