Portland Trail Blazers starting forward Jerami Grant is out with an ankle injury for Thursday night’s home game against the Orlando Magic. That news forced coach Chauncey Billups to adjust his starting lineup. His choice to replace Grant is guard Scoot Henderson.

Chauncey Billups on the Rising Stars announcement: “I’m happy for Scoot. I’m happy for Bryce. I’m not happy that Toumani and Donovan didn’t make it. I thought both of them were very deserving.”
