Freeway lights along I-69 initially were out, but they came back on shortly after 6:30 a.m. Traffic lights along Dort Highway and Court Street also restored operation during the morning.
Michigan State Police say a semi-truck driver hit the woman from behind and pushed her car over the median, where she hit another semi-truck.
