Users report issues with deposits, payments during Capital One outage
(Gray News) - Capitol One users are reporting problems getting money from their accounts during a reported outage. Capitol One users opening their banking apps Thursday and Friday were greeted with a message from Capitol One reporting “technical issues” and an inability to make payments or deposits.
