A top South Korean official says Russia has supplied anti-air missiles to North Korea in exchange for it sending troops

Russia provided North Korea with missiles in exchange for sending troops to Ukraine, according to a senior South Korean official.

The United States said it had reopened its embassy in Kyiv late on Wednesday after it had shut for the day due to what it called the threat of a significant air attack, a day after Ukraine used American missiles to hit a target inside Russia.

In a major policy shift, the Biden administration has authorized Ukraine to use the ballistic missiles within Russia.
