SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY, Calif. (WKRC) - An enormous "ghost lake" re-emerged after first vanishing back in the 19th century. According to The New York Post, Tulare Lake, which first vanished back in the 19th century, has re-emerged, swallowing around 94,000 acres of farmland 130 years later after its initial disappearance.

A lake in California has returned after 130 years and has taken a whopping amount of land with it. Land owners have found themselves in quite a pickle due to the return of this ‘ghost lake’. The Tulare Lake in California ’s San Joaquin Valley isn’t littered with ghosts, but the reality is certainly horrifying for some people.
