A former Michigan linebacker is slated to become the new general manager of the Las Vegas Raiders. According to NFL Network, the team is expected to hire John Spytek, who has spent the past nine seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, including the last two as assistant general manager, to fill its vacant GM position.
