Yu Shang Food, Inc. is recalling more than 70,000 pounds of its ready-to-eat meat and poultry products because of a listeria outbreak that has sickened at least 11 people, including one baby who subsequently died.

There’s an active recall on approximately 72,240 pounds of ready-to-eat meat products, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). This is due to a potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination.

A listeria outbreak linked with ready-to-eat meat and poultry products has caused 11 illnesses in four states, with nine hospitalizations and one death.
