Canyon Crest fire is fully contained in Fontana
A brush fire that scorched 254 acres in Fontana has been fully contained. The fire was reported around 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 28, near Canyon Crest Drive and Weeping Willow Lane. Evacuation warnings that expanded south from San Bernardino County into Jurupa Valley in Riverside County were issued but lifted the next day.
