The Bruins need to forget about their ugly loss to the Sabres. No excuses. The Boston Bruins suffered an embarrassing 7-2 loss to the Buffalo Sabres on Jan. 28. With the Sabres at the bottom of the Eastern Conference standings, this was a winnable game for Boston, but they were blown out instead.

The Bruins started the scoring with Mason Lohrei taking the puck from the point, made Zach Benson bite and fail to catch him, and then Lohrei took the puck to the net, hammering it home to get the Bruins on top 1-0!
