Police arrested a 16-year-old boy for allegedly shooting to death a woman who was trying to stop her husband from getting robbed in a Lower Manhattan apartment building last week. Law enforcement sources said police are withholding the brutal killer’s name due to his age.

The teen was grabbed for the Sept. 9 shooting inside victim Ying Zhu Liu’s apartment building on Market St. near Madison St., cops said.
