The Chrome browser recently gained a handy productivity tool for desktop. Now that tool is rolling out to Android.

The new feature is a small win for Android users, as it gives them more control over how much location data they share with websites.

Google says approximate location sharing is also coming to Chrome on desktops "in the coming months." As you'd expect, there will also be new APIs to let developers specify what sort of location data their websites need.
