Landslide in Laguna Beach prompts closure of Thousand Steps Beach
LAGUNA BEACH, Calif. - A landside prompted the temporary beach closure of 9th Street Beach, commonly referred to as Thousand Steps Beach, in Laguna Beach on Friday. Officials said the landslide was reported in the 32000 block of Coast Highway in South Laguna. Aerial images from SkyFOX showed the landslide along with a large police presence.
