The first rumblings of a Frasier revival came in early 2021; Paramount+ gave it a series order in October 2022, and it premiered a year later. As is usually the case with streaming platforms, Paramount+ didn’t publicly disclose viewing figures for Frasier.

Despite the disappointing cancellation news, it has been reported by Deadline that the producer of the series, CBS Studios, plans to shop Frasier to other outlets. So, season 3 may not be coming to Paramount+ but there is the possibility that it could pop up elsewhere.

Paramount+ is bringing the curtain down on Frasier revival after its second series. The show, which launched in October 2023, is to be shopped to other buyers by producer CBS Studios, but US reports suggest it is unlikely that sibling broadcaster CBS will pick the series up.
