A civilian vessel and port infrastructure were struck by a Russian missile in the Ukrainian port city of Odesa on Friday.

Russian troops launched a missile attack on Odesa. The attack resulted in injuries, damage to port and civilian infrastructure, and a civilian ship flying the Antiguan flag, reports Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.
