A total of 55 underclassmen declared their formal entry into the 2025 NFL Draft ahead of the January 14th deadline. These players gave up their collegiate eligibility, though they do have a couple of weeks to change their decision.

The NFL revealed the list of 70 underclassmen eligible for the 2025 draft. There could be some late additions as Notre Dame and Ohio State players have until Jan. 24 to declare. The NFL has announced 55 players were granted special eligibility for the 2025 NFL Draft and 15 underclassmen graduated early and will enter the draft,
