LOUISVILLE, Ky. - On the heels of suffered their embarrassing loss at Stanford, the Louisville football program was able put together a much better performance against Pitt, thrashing the Panthers with a 37-9 win in their final home game of the 2024 season.

A series of unfortunate decisions by Louisville with 5 seconds left led to a stunning 38-35 upset loss to Stanford on Saturday. The Cardinals and head coach Jeff Brohm decided to go for a fourth down from the Stanford 45-yard line with the game tied and 11 seconds remaining.
