Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed suit against Harris County over its revised guaranteed income program, the second time Paxton has sued the county over the initiative, claiming the program is "unconstitutional.

Uplift Harris, as the local program is called, is designed to give financial assistance to low-income households picked through a randomized lottery.
