Huawei has unveiled the latest flagship smartphone, Huawei Mate 70, that will be powered by the company's proprietary HarmonyOS NEXT. HarmonyOS NEXT is an operating system that neither supports Android applications nor includes Google services.

One in the eye for US sanctions Huawei has announced its new Mate 70 series smartphone lineup, which will be the first to feature the company's new HarmonyOS Next operating system that doesn't rely on Google's Android services and won't run any Android apps.
