Flight delays stayed minimal this week despite a Midwest snowstorm and record travelers, but the busiest day is still ahead.

A new U.S. Department of Transportation rule that went into effect last month says if your flight is delayed by more than three hours for domestic trips, or more than six hours for international trips, you’re automatically entitled to a refund if you choose not to travel on the delayed flight, USA Today reported.

As of Friday afternoon, 13,655 flights have been delayed internationally, including 1,188 going within, into or out of the U.S.
