Van Riemsdyk would add some size and experience to the lineup and a net presence to the second power-play unit. He skated on a line with Michael Rasmussen and Mason Appleton in practice Sunday, replacing Jonatan Berggren.
DeBrincat and Kane spent five seasons together in Chicago and now are in their third season together as Wings.
