It is a small lighthouse. You can climb up and look over the water but someone has to go with you and you have to pay ten dollars. To climb up, you will go up some ladders. Full review by CruiserIllinois

St. Joseph is very dog friendly. In fact, many shops have water bowls outside for your dogs to drink from and several stores even let you bring your furry friends inside. There's a great little store called Fuzzy Butts, I believe, and they have homemade dog treats and cookies and other pet gear. Your dogs can shop with you!
