Planning on a trip in mid June. Will there still be rose blooms then? Is there an entrance fee?

will be great in June, plenty of rose blooms, no fee to enter park and free parking around garden.

Check out the other rose garden - the Heritage Rose Garden - I was there early June and it was past its peak
