Hi Heather~want to start by complimenting you on your advance thinking....wow less 4 months till your birthday! seriously~this does depend on how old you're going to be-how much you like cool outdoors. the park is a wonderful place for playing(rain or shine) but the outdoor areas are not enclosed(they have party spaces). you might want to think about Childrens Discovery museum. i understand your predicament-our anniversary is the night before and we never find things open during the day on NYE day. whatever you do have fun.
