Franconia Notch is a nice park. They have lots of trails, both free and paid. The Flume is the latter and it's a bit high at $21 pp but it's the most unusual and interesting spot and a nice walk. The… Full review by Ron S

The views were amazing! I was able to see the formation that Cannon Mountain was named after and I was so lucky to have visited during a celebration of the Old Man Of The Mountain!! I'll be back! Full review by Sue B

Hi. I'd like to visit the park for an afternoon and I have a couple of questions. I'm mostly interested in mountain views, not so much the gorge.Which area should I go to? Also, having a hard time putting the park into my gps it wont recognize Tramway in Franconia or Lincoln. Any suggestions? Thanks

If you want to ride the Tram, that is perfect for views. If you want a short hike, park at parking lot for Echo Lake, cross the street and hike to Artist’s Bluff. 30 minute hike to beautiful view …

If you want to ride the Tram, that is perfect for views. If you want a short hike, park at parking lot for Echo Lake, cross the street and hike to Artist’s Bluff. 30 minute hike to beautiful view of the Notch! Not sure about your GPS settings. Put in Echo Lake State Park or Cannon Mountain Ski Area for Tram.
