Kremlin is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Hill County, Montana, United States. The population was 98 at the 2010 census, down from 126 in 2000. Kremlin was developed as a cattle-rangeland stop on the Great Northern Railway. It received its first large group of homesteaders in 1910, many of them Russian.
