WEBFeb 24, 2016 · I just bought a new Dell Inspiron 15 7559 tonight and bought a Microsoft Arc Touch Bluetooth mouse to go with it. When I go to the Bluetooth control screen in Windows 10, I see the arc mouse appear there for about 3 seconds, then it disappears. The mouse is still in pairing mode, so not sure what's happening.

The mouse wasn't connected immediately and then i removed it from the bluetooth devices. The mouse won't go into pairing mode no matter how long I hold the sync button.
