Microsoft Surface Pro 4 - Mouse Cursor Flicker
WEBOct 3, 2019 · Randomly, my Microsoft Surface Pro 4 mouse cursor will start to blink and flicker very quickly. The device is hooked up to an external monitor using the miniDisplayPort. The flickering also occurs on both the Surface screen itself and the external monitor. Both screens are stable - it is only the mouse cursor.
