Can't find my scanner after updating to Windows 11
WEBDec 11, 2021 — I am now attempting to download and install 2022-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5008353) after updating completely Saturday, January 22 2022. this illustrates that the system senses the scanner. but this suggests there is no scanner. even with this configuration, occasionally it works fine.

I've tried unplugging and plugging the USB cable a few times. I've tried power cycling the scanner. Rebooting Windows 11. Nothing I do seems to work.

WEBNov 1, 2021 — Neither of them will scan multiple pages to a PDF file which seriously is the most basic requirement for a scanner app in 2022. I think the only solution would be to find a 3rd-party app. I'm going to look for one now. I'm using a Brother scanner, maybe Brother have an app that can do it.
